Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsGetPhound handles the search rankings, Google listing, advertising and website for med spas: injectables, laser and light treatments, skin and body treatments, memberships and packages. A prospective patient who is nervous about a first visit has a lot of choices, and most of them are made on a phone in a few minutes. We work to make your med spa the one that looks established, answers clearly and is easy to book. Plans begin at $495 a month, with no contracts and no setup fees.
Your patients
From the owner's chair, the front desk fills with people who are ready to book. From the patient's chair, the story is longer. Many people think about a first injectable appointment for months. They scroll through Instagram, read a few reviews, check whether the provider is a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant or a physician, look for prices, and ask a friend. Some are afraid of looking overdone. Some are afraid of being judged. Some simply do not know the vocabulary and are typing questions like "what does a med spa actually do" into a search bar at eleven at night.
That slow, careful research is the reason marketing for this field is different from marketing a plumber. The caller with a flooded basement picks the first company that answers. The person considering lip filler or a laser series compares you with other med spas, dermatology offices and plastic surgery med spas, and decides based on whether you feel safe. Credentials, clarity, a clean website, honest pricing language and recent reviews all do real work before anyone calls.
It also means returning patients are the heart of the business. A patient who comes back a few times a year, buys a package or joins a membership is worth far more than a one-time promotion buyer. We plan around both groups: the careful newcomer who needs reassurance, and the loyal regular who needs a reason to rebook.
Inquiry types
| The inquiry | What the person types or asks | Where they are in the decision | What earns the consult |
|---|---|---|---|
| First-timer with questions | "is botox painful", "what is a med spa", "will I look frozen" | Curious and anxious, weeks from booking | Plain, friendly explainer pages and a low-pressure consult offer |
| Treatment shopper | "lip filler near me", "microneedling in my city", "laser hair removal for legs" | Has chosen a treatment, comparing three or four med spas | A page for that exact treatment, the provider's credentials and recent reviews |
| Price checker | "how much is filler", "laser hair removal cost", "do med spas take payment plans" | Close to booking if the answer feels fair | Honest explanation of what drives price, financing details and a clear next step |
| Event-driven booker | "botox before wedding", "skin treatment before vacation", "party-ready facial" | Working back from a date on the calendar | Timeline guidance, early-booking prompts and visible availability |
| Concern-first searcher | "melasma treatment", "acne scarring options", "sagging jawline" | Knows the problem, not the solution | Helpful concern pages that explain options and lead to an assessment |
| Returning patient | Brand name of the med spa, "book appointment", "membership benefits" | Already trusts you, needs convenience | A fast booking path, reminders and a membership that makes rebooking automatic |
| Comparison shopper | "med spa vs dermatologist", "nurse injector vs doctor", "best injector near me" | Weighing safety against price | Transparent supervision information and provider bios that explain training |
Your own booking system and call log are the best guide to the real mix. A med spa with a heavy skin-treatment menu sees a different spread than one built around injectables, so we start with your numbers rather than ours.
What we do
Pages for every treatment and town
Treatment pages, concern pages, provider bios and real local pages that earn a place in results. Search optimization for your med spa.
The listing patients tap first
A complete, accurate Google Business Profile with the right category, current services and a steady flow of genuine reviews. Maps and local search.
Calls and bookings when you need them
Google, Bing and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), built with platform health-ad rules in mind. Paid advertising.
Built to reassure and convert
Treatment pages, provider credentials, pricing language, financing and online booking that works on a phone. Website design.
Be described accurately by AI tools
Clear, consistent facts about your med spa and treatments so assistants describe you correctly. AI search guidance.
Answers that build trust
Clinician-reviewed guides, treatment explainers and local articles. Content marketing.
Behind those sit citations and local links, lead handling and tracking and the planning we lay out in the full marketing guide.
Trust and rules
Few small businesses face as many overlapping rulebooks. State boards decide who may perform which procedures and what supervision is required. Federal agencies care about how drugs and devices are described. Advertising platforms apply their own health and cosmetic policies, which change and which are enforced by automated review. Privacy law may apply to intake forms, call recordings and tracking tools. And the Federal Trade Commission expects reviews, testimonials and any before-and-after material to be honest and representative.
We do not give legal advice and we do not make clinical claims. What we do is build marketing that stays inside the lines by design: no promised outcomes, no invented superlatives, no unreviewed medical statements, careful handling of patient images and clear separation between what the med spa says and what the platforms allow. Your medical director and your attorney have the final word on anything clinical or legal, and we write so that their review is quick instead of painful. Advertising rules differ by state and by licensing board, so check yours before you publish.
That care shows up in small decisions. A review reply never confirms that someone is a patient. A web form asks for the minimum. A lead form on social media does not collect health details. An ad speaks about a consultation rather than a result. These choices cost nothing and prevent expensive problems.
Treatment menu
Injectable treatments
Often the entry point and the repeat-visit engine, with research that is driven by fear of looking unnatural as much as by price.
A series sold as a package
Strong seasonal pattern, packages by body area and a patient who commits to many visits.
Peels, microneedling, laser resurfacing
Concern-led searches for texture, scarring, pigment and tone, usually needing an assessment before a plan.
HydraFacial-style and medical-grade facials
Lower-ticket treatments that bring in new patients and feed memberships.
Non-surgical contouring and tightening
Big-ticket, consultation-heavy services where comparison shopping is intense and trust is everything.
Medically supervised programs
Programs that draw heavy regulatory attention, so claims, ad eligibility and sourcing need careful review.
Recurring revenue
The structure that turns a first treatment into a relationship and smooths the slow weeks.
Product recommendations
Add-on revenue that works best when it follows an actual consultation.
Your menu, your equipment and your providers decide the plan. If you do not offer a service, we will not advertise it.
Retention
A new patient costs real money to win, whether through ads, a promotion or a referral. The same patient on a membership or package costs almost nothing to bring back, books on a rhythm and often brings a friend. A med spa that treats acquisition and retention as one system ends up with a fuller calendar for the same marketing spend than one that chases new faces every month.
That is why membership pages, rebooking prompts, post-visit review requests and seasonal reminders sit inside our plans, alongside the usual rankings and ads. We help you write the membership offer so it reads clearly, show it on the website, mention it in follow-up and use paid social to remind lapsed patients that you exist. The Meta Ads page and the website page explain how those pieces fit.
Done well, this also stabilizes the business against the swings that seasonality and competitors' discount wars bring.
Opening month
We go through your treatment mix, providers, rooms and capacity, and who you would like more of. Call, form and booking tracking goes in so every inquiry carries a source, set up with patient privacy in mind.
Your Google profile and category, listings, website, review habits and any running ads get checked for stale hours, old phone numbers, thin pages and wording that could draw a complaint.
Listings are corrected, the first treatment pages publish and any ads begin modestly, aimed at a tight radius with carefully reviewed copy.
A plain-language summary shows calls, forms and bookings so far, and we sketch the next quarter around your busy and slow stretches.
Pricing
Before you sign
Three entry points exist. RankGuarantee™ landing pages run $495 monthly, managed advertising begins at $895 monthly for a single platform, and Organic Growth, which bundles search, Maps and AI answers, begins at $1,495 monthly. Starting costs nothing extra and nothing binds you afterward. Ad budgets are paid by you to Google or Meta and never pass through us. The marketing guide shows how the options combine.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Rankings, calls and bookings depend on competition, your reviews, your pricing, your availability and how fast the front desk replies. We report calls, forms and bookings every month so you decide with facts, and ad campaigns tend to show movement sooner than organic search.
Probably, yes. Social posts reach people who already follow you, while search and maps reach people who are actively looking for a provider. The two support each other, since patients often check your Instagram after they find you on Google. We connect them rather than replacing one with the other.
We do not publish them for you. Many clinics use them, but they bring consent, privacy, platform and substantiation questions. Check your board's rules, get written consent and have counsel review your approach. We can design galleries and ad creative that follow your decisions, and we never imply that one patient's outcome is typical.
Only if the platform's current policy allows it for your account. Google and Meta both apply health and cosmetic rules that change over time, so we often build copy around consultations and treatment categories instead. We check the live policy before launching and keep a plan B ready for disapprovals. See the Google Ads page.
It can be if it is set up carelessly. Whether HIPAA applies depends on your med spa, and state privacy laws may apply as well. We keep forms minimal, avoid sending health details to ad platforms and suggest your attorney review tracking, call recording and consent language before launch.
It is an early channel, so keep expectations modest. After your Google profile and search campaigns are running, a small experiment is fair: give it its own budget, track it separately and score it on booked consults. It cannot replace search, Maps or your site, and it is not the same as the work on our AI search page.
